We don't always order from Jin but we do love their food, however we aren't sure what has happened since the last time we ordered months ago. The crab Rangoon was all cream cheese, very little imitation crab and zero crab flavor.

Crab Rangoon and Lo mein was good, but I didn’t get the meal I ordered. Hot spicy hunan chicken combo with veg fried rice, broccoli and carrots. What I got was chicken, no veg and brown rice.

I order the Crab Rangoon all the time, but this order was bad. It had an extremely sour taste. I threw the entire order away...what a waste.

All their food is fresh and made to order. Everything is delicious. I try something new each time and love each new dish!

I have been a 4 year, regular customer. The food is Always fresh, delivered quickly. I have never been dissatisfied with my orders. Although, recently, they increased the subtotal from $20.00 dollars to $25.00 for online orders/delivery, which is way too much food, so I am now only ordering once or twice a month, as opposed to each week. That is a loss of $30-50.00 for Jin House. Five dollars makes a big difference. Twenty dollars, gave me at least 2 meals.

Took 1 hour. 20 mins for food to arrive and they forgot sweet and spur sauce. Taste good service bad
